Good morning sweeties!! Let me introduce a new theme on the blog 'The Blogger Spotlights'. From now on every Tuesday I will introduce you to one of my fellow blogger friends. I'm glad I have met all of these incredible and beautiful ladies. Everyone with a different and unique style. Maybe you already know those fashionistas, but if you don't, take a look at there blogs and I know you will follow them immediately.

The kickoff is for the beautiful Lily Tjon from #ByLily.

I met Lily at a bloggers event from fresh Communications. We talked a little and I thought this is such a sweet girl. After the event we kept contact through our blog and one day we decided to meet for a shoot date. We had a great time and I hope we have many more to come. I asked Lily some questions shall we take a look?

1. Can you tell us a little about Yourself?

I am a Chinese girl, born and raised in The Netherlands (in Eindhoven). I have studied Digital Communication in utrecht. Once I finished this bachelor study, I started to work in the Ebusiness department as a project manager at Monsterboard.nl. After some time I was missing school again, so I decided to enroll another study. Last year I finished this master study, information Sciences. And guess what.. After all these studies i figured out that my passion lies in Fashion! That was my cue to start www.hashtagbylily.com

2. What was the reason why you started your blog?

After my studies I was thinking about my future and what I really wanted to do that makes me happy. I had nothing to lose, so I decided to try at least. I started 'Hashtag by Lily' because everyone around me told me to do that. At first I was still skeptical about this, but once I started, it was suddenly so clear to me. This is what I want to do!!!! And now, I just can't believe that I haven't done this much much much earlier.

3. How would you describe your clothing style.

80% casual chic. With the other 20% of my style, I like to experiment with new things. So I don't have to limit myself. Oh and I like to mix and match designer brands with affordable brands.

4. How do you keep coming up with material/content for your blog? Many people struggle with coming up with different articles/posts.

Luckily, this hasn't happen to me yet in the 7 month that I am blogging (but let's not jinx this *lol). Somehow I am in an inspirational phase right now. I keep having a lot of ideas for the blog. I have created a blog schedule that is easy to follow. it provides a standard for me to know what to blog about (prioritize my activities to work more efficiently) and simultaneously it gives me the flexibility to express my creativity. Plus, for my followers it is nice to know what to expect every time they want to visit 'Hashtag by Lily'. In the end I just want to express myself in the blog and try to inspire readers with content that I produce.

5. What are you favorite brands and shops?

Favorite brands: Chanel, Celine, Alexander Wang, Isabel Marant, Givenchy.

Favorites to shop: Zara, Mango, Monki, Cos, And other stories, Topshop, H&M, Forever21 and the Outnet.

6. What's now on your wish list?

This is an endless list! To name a few:

- Givenchy Obsedia Leather shoulder bag

- Anything from Celine would make me happy

- Ray Ban red mirror glass aviators

-Valentino heels

_Maison Michel hat

- Minitials letter necklace

- Helmut lang skort.

7. If someone was interested in blogging, what would be a few things you would suggest? Tips!

Oef.. there are so many things that you have to think about. it will come with time eventually. it took me a while to figure things out, in fact, i am still figuring out how to blog haha. It is about trying new things and improve it over time. But if i can give you one big advice, it would be NETWORKING. Meeting other bloggers was my biggest 'blog education'.
